Marketing Specialist

JUMO Process Control, Inc., wholly owned subsidiary of JUMO GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer in the field of industrial sensor and automation technology is in search of a Marketing Specialist. JUMO always aims to provide our customers with the optimal solution for process reliability, energy efficiency and cost optimization. Our innovative product range includes the entire measuring chain from sensors to automation solutions for temperature, pressure, liquid analysis, flow rate, filling level, and humidity.

The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in collaborating with marketing and sales professionals to execute creative campaigns for brand enhancement and product launches. This role involves marketing research for new customers in specific fields, researching target audiences, analyzing campaign performance data, and overseeing social media channels to ensure consistent brand representation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reinforce corporate brand identity through consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Manage and update Google Ads and various online social media accounts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Support the team with tasks related to trade shows, including logistics and preparations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive project tracking system and a well-organized business marketing calendar.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters.
  • Provide administrative support for various marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing logistics for marketing events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Gather and analyze market data on competitors, pricing, product sales, sales campaigns, and trade show activities.
  • Monitor industry trends, identify competitors' strategies, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a growth strategy in line with company goals.
  • Effectively communicate work objectives and brand values within the marketing team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc/B.A) in Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of related experience OR Associate’s degree (AS) in Marketing with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Web Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A combination of commercial awareness and a creative mindset.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and present findings to management.
  • Experience with product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of market research methodologies, surveys, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in content management systems.
  • Ability to develop, test, and refine marketing strategies.
